Integrated Technical Systems, Inc. offers our customers the freedom to select from a variety of service plans, including full service (parts & labor) or preventative service (labor only) agreements. The many options offered allow you to purchase an agreement to suit your needs and requirements. You may choose a less expensive option which provides service during normal business hours, or may elect coverage which will guarantee service seven days a week, 24 hours a day. Integrated Technical Systems, Inc. provides the flexibility for you to create an agreement tailored to your needs and budget.

Over thirty members of the Integrated Technical Systems, Inc. service team carry pagers, allowing them to be available and responsive to your needs 24 hours per day, seven days per week. This means response time in an emergency situation (such as system failure) is usually within one business day. Routine repairs will typically be completed Monday through Friday within 48 hours following placement of the service request.

Integrated Technical Systems, Inc. technicians complete over 80% of repairs using parts from our service vehicle inventory. More than 90% of repairs are completed with parts from the Integrated Technical Systems, Inc. warehouse which is fully stocked with the most common items used by our customers. This gives us the ability to reduce or eliminate system down-time in the event of a major component failure.

All Integrated Technical Systems, Inc. service agreements include periodic system inspections. You may request a fully trained technician to visit your site during the Service Agreement period to review your equipment operation. We will perform all routine service procedures, and check for potential problems. Through scheduled service, many system malfunctions can be prevented before disrupting your operation.
