Controlling the money that flows through your facility is of paramount importance. Everything from proper vehicle control and traffic flow, to space-utilization and theft-prevention fall under the category of Revenue Control. Major components include the Fee Computer, Credit Card Stations, centralized Pay On Foot machines and revenue & reporting software. The proper implementation of controls on your money—your revenue—can make the difference between just getting by, and earning staggering profits. The reality is that the more people handle money, the great the chance for mistakes, and especially theft. While no want wants to believe that employees may be dishonest, the fact of the matter is that the parking industry has some of the highest rates of employee theft. Revenue Control systems are designed to remove the temptation to steal, and to make people accountable for all the parkers, and all the revenue, flowing through your facility. From ticket tracking and device counts, to automated ticket handling and electronic validations systems, Revenue Control has one of the shortest turn-around times for Return on Investment of any expenditure a parking operation can make.
